The format is the same one we use at IXC Commons. Hands-on where the room allows it, and built live at the front rather than shown on slides.

Not a tour of AI tools: the argument is that founders no longer wait until they're ready to start making things. A 60-minute address, then open questions.

It starts from a model that knows nothing about your company and works up to one that remembers it, reaches your real data, and runs the work you would otherwise repeat every week. The last part is the founder question: how you pressure-test an idea and get it to a landing page worth putting in front of people.
